Keep business running with an emergency webshop
Due to the coronavirus, many garden centres in the UK, Ireland and other parts of the world are shutting down. The timing couldn't have been worse with Spring just around the corner and temperatures on the rise.
To make business easier in these challenging times, we have developed an emergency-webshop service. The first customers are already live with this new webshop service, one of them being Warbreck Garden Centre in Lancashire. You can open their webshop via this link: www.warbreck.co.uk.
Emergency webshop
Last week, the UK government announced the lockdown will probably last for at least the rest of April, and who knows how much longer after that. Now might be the time to start thinking about how to move forward.
Setting up a webshop usually takes about 8 to 12 weeks but we have managed to bring this down to only 1 week. Our emergency webshops have the following features:
- Advanced option for delivery & pickup
- Easy-to-use Content Management System
- Standard design, based on proven successful webshops
- Online payment integration (Sagepay, Worldpay & PayPal)
- Optional: OpSuite/RetailVista integration
- No charges per order
You can import product information quickly via Excel. In conjunction with our EFSA-partners, we are happy to help you import product information of suppliers like Capi, Esschert, Velda and others. That saves you a lot of time and is free of charge!
After the Spring, it is also possible to upgrade your webshop to a full version for your garden centre including our unique content service.
Lacoste Garden Centre in Winnipeg, Canada, also decided to move forward with an emergency-webshop of Garden Connect. Click here to visit their webshop.
Pricing & payment
We're very pleased to be able to offer you this complete and successful webshop format for a reasonable price. We also have a flexible payment option for centres who are struggling with their cashflow.
