Garden Connect sponsor of IGCA 2022
After a 2 year delay, the IGCA Congress returns and will take place in Amsterdam in 2022. The Dutch trade association, Tuinbranche Nederland, will host the congress and expects to welcome 250 delegates from all over the world. Garden Connect is proud to announce that it’s one of the official sponsors of the 2022 Congress. It will manage all online communication as well as the official Congress App.
During the IGCA 2019, Congress in Windsor, UK, delegates used an app for the first time. Due to the success of the app compared to the traditional Congress Magazine, an app will be used again in 2022.
The IGCA 2022 app is brand new and contains lots of new features to give delegates all the info they need before, during and after the Congress in Amsterdam.
More interaction
One of the new features of the IGCA 2022 App is the ability to have more interaction. Delegates can contact each other via the app, share messages and photos and comment on posts placed. All delegates will be encouraged to use the app and a leaderboard will be shown to award the most active users.
Push messages will notify delegates about anything important during the one-week congress.
Garden Connect Karaoke Night
During the IGCA Congress, Garden Connect will host a special Karaoke Night to celebrate its’ 20th anniversary. On Thursday evening, all delegates will be invited to join the Karaoke Night in the hotel bar to show off their talents on the stage.
The Karaoke Night is sponsored by Garden Connect and a professional jury will judge all the talents who make it to the stage.
New website IGCA 2022
The new website www.igca2022.nl is available now as well. The website hosts the full itinerary of the 2022 Congress, important information for travellers and tips on what to do before and after the Congress.
The website also contains a sneak preview of all the garden centres in the Netherlands that will be visited during the Congress.
Registration opens September
Online registration for the IGCA 2022 Congress opens in September. The app will be available to download from January & onwards and is only accessible to delegates who registered for Congress.
