How do customers attend the event at the garden centre? Attendees receive a confirmation e-mail once they’ve bought a ticket. This ticket contains a barcode. Customers need to show their tickets on their phones or print the PDF confirmation. "A staff member can scan a barcode with our free-to-use app and will immediately see all information about that specific booking, like event date, event start time, ticket price and order date. This saves time and is a great way of giving customers a good experience."
